First thing is HR policy in Hyderabad is very terrible (They don't support employees). There is no job security, someone high level one did fraud, another low level employee only suffer, without enquiry they remove from job and they don't tell the genuine reason why they are doing lay off. And work culture is very bad in Hyderabad peptides R &D. For recruit their team from previous company, the site head create some negativity, and put praposal to higher management to remove some people. There is no one working for company, to complete projects without queries, they want to do projects delay and they want their job security for another 5 years. Worst place to work for an EHS aspirant. This review is for API2 and I don't want to malign the reputation of any other API unit. Its just that the senior officials (AM & MANAGER) of EHS deptt of API2 unit are not at all supportive. The manager is biased and least supportive. Favouritism is on peak here. No matter how much experience you have or how much knowledge you have, you would be doing only what the manager wants. The AM doesn't respect his juniors and abuses them. He takes credit of your hardwork. He only demotivates and humiliates you in front of others. Never supported me or guided me. Only did complaints to the manager. Rest of the team is very good. The fire team is very well versed with technicalities. But they all are suffering too. Overall, the Safety Dept is made toxic due to the people I mentioned above. So choose wisely. Again, my review is totally and solely for Safety deptt - API2. Rest of the team of API2 is very supportive. They made my 5 month's journey bearable....Read More
